Kentucky Database HF17
Kentucky Central Database Users (scroll to bottom of page for downloads)
This Hot Fix is to address an issue where the Auto-hold function in our Kentucky Central Database Program was not functioning properly.
This program is designed to run at end of day close out and place a hold on any loan that is five days past its due date so that it is not automatically closed by the Veritec Database.
You may experience some loans as being closed in the database that should not be closed because of an issue with the previous version. In the event that the database reports the loan closed simply turn off the database and buyback the check and then turn the database back on.
As of the date of install of this Hot Fix checks should not close in the database until either bought back in your store or when you notify the database that the check has cleared a bank deposit.
Until this Hot Fix is installed loans that reach the time period of five days past their due date will be closed in the Veritec Database unless you manually put a hold on them through the Veritec Website. Therefore we recommend that you install this Hot Fix as soon as practical for your operation.
